Cost To The Company:

The selected candidates will be inducted into the company as a permanent employee and the CTC will initially be 3 Lakhs Per Annum.
Basis the performance of the employee over the next three months, they will be promoted to one of the three grades which are mentioned below, and the employee would be entitled for the below mentioned salary scales:
Grade 1 Employee: Gets a fixed salary of INR 7 – 8 Lakhs PA.
Grade 2 Employee: Gets a fixed salary of INR 6 – 7 Lakhs PA.
Grade 3 Employee: Gets a fixed salary of INR 5 – 6 Lakhs PA.
Grade 4 Employee: Gets a fixed salary of INR 3 – 4 Lakhs PA.
