Important Information from BSNL. BSNL have warned the public that they must be careful against the gangs that extort money through a fake phone called BSNL KYC Verification. BSNL customers are being notified via SMS and calls that their SIM cards will be blocked and they will need to contact them to verify their KYC.
BSNL does not send any messages that SIM verification pending, SIM CARD Suspended or BLOCKED etc. Customers do not download any app or click on any link for uploading KYC or do not call any unknown customer care number. Also DO NOT share your ID proof, bank account details with any one. This can be misused. If any calls or messages received from any source please book your complaint in the portal https://www.ucc-bsnl.co.in/customers or call 1503 number.
