BSNL customers can choose their own numbers from http://cymn.bsnl.co.in/ portal.
While opening this portal we can see 4 zones. Select your state from the Zone list
Step 1 : Open the website and select the State from the zone shown in the website
Step 2 : A lock is appear on the screen and unlock it by dragging it.
Step 3 : We can select the GSM numbers from the portal
Step 4 : Choose the numbers from the list, Fancy numbers are available with fixed price.
Step 5 : Customers can choose any one GSM number and while booking that number a 7 digit is received for conformation of booking and it is valid for 92 hours.
Step 6 : Customers need to enter the seven digit number for conformation of booking.
Now the customer is free to approach the Customer service center or Franchisee and show the mobile number and PIN for getting new connection. Necessary documents are need to complete the formalities of booking.
